About

How this was built

A self-paced field Medical Affairs course that teaches compliant AI workflows — with a verifiable certificate of completion, not a board credential.

Needs from field work

The modules grew from real field Medical Affairs constraints: travel weeks, HCP prep on short notice, congress follow-up, and the gap between “I have ChatGPT” and “I have a safe, repeatable workflow.” Lessons are short on purpose so you can pause between visits.

Reviewed against typical employer AI policies

Content was checked against common industry themes — approved vs personal tools, never-paste rules for PHI and unreleased data, human approval before send, and “employer policy always wins.” Your company’s written policy still governs what you may do.

Fictional library = compliance design

The practice library (Pinnora, Vaultis, and related materials) is labeled fiction on purpose. Learners practice prompts, validation, and HCP-prep drafts without pasting real science, CRM notes, or employer IP into consumer tools. Do not cite course science outside the course.

Current field curation

Curriculum is curated by medical affairs professionals who are still active in field roles and working at the cutting edge of a rapidly evolving industry. The course stays close to current field work: short-notice HCP prep, congress follow-up, literature review, and careful human review of every AI draft.

How you learn

Work through narrated lessons, quizzes, and worksheets on your own schedule — between visits, on a flight, or whenever field life allows. No live classes to attend and no scheduled sessions to book.
